We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Executive to handle end-to-end order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Process and validate customer orders in Oracle Ensure purchase orders meet compliance standards Track order status and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate order records and documentation Generate order-related reports Communicate professionally with customers Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Non-IT) Experience in order management or customer service Proficient in Oracle Detail-oriented with robust data accuracy Excellent communication and multitasking skills Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented.
