Job Overview

SLBS Marklance is looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Engagement Executive to ensure enrolled students remain actively engaged, motivated and connected throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students through calls, WhatsApp and in-person interactions.
- Build positive relationships with students and understand their needs and concerns.
- Monitor student attendance, participation and overall engagement.
- Follow up with students who are absent, inactive or showing reduced participation.
- Encourage students to attend classes regularly and actively participate in training.
- Collect student feedback regarding classes, faculty and overall learning experience.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to resolve student concerns.
- Identify students who may be at risk of discontinuing and take timely action.
- Organize and support student engagement activities, events and initiatives.




- Motivate students to complete their courses and achieve their learning goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly student engagement reports.
- Support the team in improving student satisfaction, retention and course completion.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Student Engagement, Student Relationship Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, EdTech or Education preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Friendly, approachable and empathetic personality.
- Good problem-solving and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Experience: 1–3 Years
