About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Civil & Interior Engineer / Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead our site execution and management teams across Delhi NCR. You will take full ownership of turnkey interior projects from initial site mobilization to final client handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all civil, structural, and interior finishing works match design drawings and quality benchmarks.
- Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate effectively with local vendors, material suppliers, and specialized labor contractors across Delhi NCR to optimize project timelines and costs.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily activities against the master project schedule, ensuring milestone deadlines are met without schedule overruns.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict safety protocols and quality checks for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceilings, flooring, and paint work.




- Client & Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site for clients, architects, and interior designers.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in executing turnkey commercial, corporate, or high-end residential interior projects.
- Skills: Robust working knowledge of interior fit-out construction practices, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, vendor negotiation, and team leadership.
- Location Comfort: Regular on-site presence across Delhi NCR locations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
