Role Overview

We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant service, lead the service team, and ensure excellent guest experience and smooth coordination with the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service operations.
- Assign duties and guide stewards/service staff during shifts.
- Welcome guests and ensure professional, courteous service.
- Take and coordinate food & beverage orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and correct order delivery.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and service issues professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
- Monitor service quality and staff grooming.
- Assist in billing and maintain proper service records.




- Train and guide junior service staff when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel/restaurant service preferred.
- Positive communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Leadership and team-management ability.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer- focused.
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Salary: As per experience & industry standards.
Location: Mall Road, Kanpur.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
