Job Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Creative Designer with strong expertise in graphic design, branding, digital media, and video editing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to work collaboratively to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to develop and communicate visual design concepts and strategies.
- Design a wide range of creative assets, including banners, logos, mailers, social media posts, posters, brochures, communication designs, and digital content.
- Create and develop brand identities, communication designs, and visual content based on creative briefs.
- Conceptualize and create engaging static and video content for digital platforms.
- Handle video editing, basic motion graphics, transitions, effects, and visual storytelling for social media and marketing requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets.




- Adapt designs across different digital and print formats while maintaining consistency.
- Ensure all final graphics, layouts, and videos are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, video, and visual communication trends.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and creative design.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and visual communication.
- Strong video editing skills with experience creating and editing engaging video content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, effects, and animation is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, layouts, colour, and design aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work from the office in Jigani, Bangalore.
