Senior D365 CRM, PowerApps Technical Consultant

About the Job

Design, implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and PowerApps solutions. Work closely with clients and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

- Gather and translate business requirements
- Design scalable CRM & PowerApps solutions
- Define data models, workflows and integrations
- Customize using C#, JavaScript
- Integrate using Power Automate & Azure Logic Apps




- Execute data migration strategies
- Develop test plans & system validation
- Provide training and user support
- Monitor system performance
- Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

- years hands-on CRM & PowerApps experience
- Strong C# & JavaScript skills
- Knowledge of REST APIs & integrations
- Data migration expertise
- Robust communication skills
- Microsoft certifications preferred
