A10 Design Private Limited is an architecture, interior design and project execution company with over two decades of experience in the design and development industry.

Ashwood Living is our premium residential design and bespoke living brand, specialising in farmhouses, bungalows, villas, independent homes, luxury residences, bespoke interiors, custom furniture, kitchens and wardrobes.

As we expand our in-house design studio, we are looking for a talented and responsible Assistant Architect / Interior Designer – Residential Design to join our team at Okhla, Current Delhi.

The Role

You will work closely with our Founder & Principal Architect, design team and project team on premium residential projects.

We are looking for someone who is not limited to CAD drawings or 3D presentations, but understands how a residential project progresses from:

Client Brief → Space Planning → Design Development → 3D → Working Drawings → Materials → Site → Execution

The right candidate should have good design ability, sound technical understanding and practical exposure to residential project execution. As you demonstrate capability, you will progressively be given greater responsibility and independent ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop residential layouts, space planning and design concepts.
- Prepare and coordinate detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate 3D views, mood boards and design presentations.
- Develop interior details for ceilings, walls, flooring, furniture and joinery.
- Work on kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and bespoke furniture.
- Assist in material, finish, fixture and product selections.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors and consultants.
- Attend client meetings and understand design requirements.




- Visit project sites and coordinate design with actual execution.
- Resolve routine design and detailing issues arising at site.
- Ensure drawings and design information are issued on time.
- Track design deliverables, client approvals and pending decisions.
- Review execution to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
- Progressively take greater ownership of residential projects.

Who We Are Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture and/or residential interior design.
- B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design qualification or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of residential space planning and interiors.
- Good knowledge of working drawings and detailing.
- Understanding of materials, finishes and construction methods.
- Practical exposure to residential sites and execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, contractors and vendors.
- Organised, proactive and capable of taking responsibility.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow into greater project responsibility.

Experience in premium residences, farmhouses, bungalows, villas, independent houses, luxury apartments, kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke furniture will be an advantage.

Software Skills

Working knowledge of:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp or equivalent
- Excel
- PowerPoint/presentation software
- Relevant architecture/interior design tools

3D visualisation skills are useful, but design understanding, technical ability and execution knowledge are more important than rendering skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
