- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the development and implementation of system improvements to enhance overall application stability.
- Provide timely updates and reports on issue resolution status to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Robust understanding of database backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex database issues effectively.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and query optimization.
- Knowledge of data integrity and consistency principles within database environments.
