Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve complex system issues.




- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Ability to work with complex system architectures and understand interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
