Job SummaryAzure Infrastructure (IaaS)

- Manage and administer Azure Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux).
- Perform VM provisioning, decommissioning, backup, and restore activities.
- Support Azure networking components including VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Route Tables, VPN Gateway, and Application Gateway.
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure alerts, connectivity issues, and operational incidents.
- Perform routine maintenance and standard service requests.

Azure Platform Services (PaaS)

- Support Azure App Services, Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, and Key Vault.
- Configure and maintain Private Endpoints, VNet Integration, and application connectivity.
- Monitor application and platform service health.
- Assist development teams with deployment and infrastructure-related issues.

Monitoring & Operations

- Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Alerts.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and escalate to L3 teams when required.
- Support backup and recovery operations.
- Perform health checks and capacity monitoring activities.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards.

Azure DevOps & Automation

- Support Azure DevOps pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Execute deployments using existing CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist in maintaining Terraform and Bicep templates.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash scripts.
- Manage Git repositories and participate in code reviews.
