Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service for third-party sellers that enables fast and efficient delivery to customers. FBA allows sellers to outsource warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns, and customer service to Amazon. This frees sellers to focus on product development and marketing their products to potential customers.

We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive transformative improvements in the fulfillment experience of India FBA sellers. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead initiatives to reduce seller contacts and eliminate friction for IN sellers.

- Solid relationship-building and communication skills

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Design, standardize, and implement innovative processes across multiple business functions
2. Perform quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities and deploy tactical initiatives
3. Work with product or tech teams to scope out and drive tech changes
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers,



product managers, and finance partners to drive program goals
5. Drive business profitability through end-to-end ownership of the program

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in requirement gathering and the ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
- Experience conducting seller interaction audits and providing coaching to improve performance
