Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

responsible for building and maintaining automated test frameworks for large-scale distributed risk calculation systems within an investment banking risk technology environment.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of testing frameworks that support efficient and effective quality assurance processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with project managers and development teams to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks to design and execute automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify areas for automation to improve testing efficiency.
- Experience in integrating automated testing within continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated test execution and reporting.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
