Role Summary

The Senior SAP Ariba Consultant will lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Ariba solutions across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Ariba modules, SAP S/4HANA integration, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery. The consultant will work closely with business users, procurement teams, vendors, and technical teams to drive procurement transformation initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & Solution Delivery

- Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Configure and support SAP Ariba modules:
- Ariba Sourcing
- Buying & Invoicing
- Contracts Management
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Supplier Risk
- Guided Buying
- Catalog Management

- Design procurement workflows, approval processes, sourcing events, and supplier onboarding solutions.
- Conduct workshops and solution demonstrations with business stakeholders.

Integration & Technical Activities

- Lead integration of SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems.
- Solid experience with:
- SAP Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
- APIs, IDOCs, and middleware integrations
- Ariba Network enablement

- Support master data migration, interface testing, and cutover activities.

Testing & Deployment

- Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Drive go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.




- Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
- Lead client workshops and business process discussions.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants and support presales/RFP activities.

- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.
- SAP Ariba Certification (Preferred).
- Experience in global rollout and transformation programs.
