Duties and Responsibilities

Key Deliverables:

- Support field through troubleshooting on the system
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Monthly hold clearance
- Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with the team
- Coordinate with Sales and ensure mechanism is in place for processing of files within desired TAT
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liaisoning with functional teams - Operations, Risk, Banking, to cover process gaps
