- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Robust experience in designing and implementing integration flows using cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to work with APIs, connectors, and middleware to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
