Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Solid knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
- Experience with integrating APIs and working with RESTful services to enhance application functionality.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application performance and user interface.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility challenges.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
