- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with monitoring and incident management tools to track system health.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Capability to document technical processes and solutions comprehensively.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
