Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.




- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications to identify root causes of issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to detect anomalies and optimize processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Familiarity with integrating VBA solutions within larger business systems and workflows.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
