Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Location: Indore, MP

Experience: 2 & above Years (Post Qualification)

Lead the Group Division as an integrated finance and compliance backbone for the Group, spanning four core functions: Accounting & Bookkeeping, Banking, Investment Management, and Compliance & Regulatory Affairs.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

· Oversee day-to-day accounting, ledger maintenance and timely book closure across all Group entities.

· Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and the consolidation of Group accounts.

· Manage statutory and internal audits, and act as the primary point of coordination with auditors.

· Preparing balance sheet and filing income tax returns for various individuals, trusts, llp and other entities

Banking

· Manage banking relationships across all Group entities and serve as the principal liaison with banking partners.

· Oversee treasury operations, working capital and cash flow management to ensure adequate liquidity.

· Administer banking facilities — CC/OD limits, term loans,



bank guarantees and letters of credit — and ensure timely servicing of debt.

· Monitor compliance with loan covenants and optimise banking costs and the utilisation of idle funds.

Investment Management

· Oversee the deployment of surplus Group funds across appropriate instruments in line with the Group’s risk appetite and liquidity needs.

· Track, value and report investment portfolio performance to Group leadership.

· Maintain accurate investment records and ensure proper documentation and governance of all investment decisions.

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

· Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, applicable SEBI regulations and other statutes relevant to Group entities.

· Oversee ROC filings, maintenance of statutory registers and secretarial compliance, in coordination with the Company Secretary.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
