About the Role

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling client requirements, following up on leads, and building strong customer relationships in the retail interior and furniture segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on new sales leads through calls, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, orders, and project requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders/projects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain proper records of leads,



follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing qualification is an advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Handling.
- Experience in furniture, interior, retail, construction, or related industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Candidates comfortable working from Bhiwandi are preferred.
