About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with 2–4 years of experience to manage and coordinate video editing projects from start to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, planning, coordination, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple video editing projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Video Editors, Senior Editors, and other team members.
- Assign projects and track progress, deadlines, and priorities.
- Communicate project requirements clearly to the editing team.
- Coordinate with clients/internal teams regarding revisions, feedback, and final delivery.
- Monitor the quality and overall progress of projects.
- Identify delays or issues and take timely action to resolve them.
- Maintain proper project tracking, updates, and documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed according to required quality standards and timelines.





Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a Video Editing / Creative / Media Production company.
- Good understanding of video editing workflows and project delivery.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and project-tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
