Job Summary

Preethi Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Manager to oversee complete hospital pharmacy operations, including IP, OP, OT, and Implant Pharmacy.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth pharmacy operations, medicine availability, inventory management, regulatory compliance, cost control, and effective coordination with doctors, nursing, purchase, stores, accounts, and other hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily IP and OP pharmacy operations, including dispensing, billing, returns, and stock availability.
- Oversee OT pharmacy operations and ensure timely availability of medicines and surgical consumables.
- Manage medical implants from procurement and inventory to issue, billing, usage, and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry, near-expiry, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure proper FEFO practices and minimize stock losses and inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchase teams and vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations, hospital SOPs, and NABH standards.
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff, prepare duty rosters,



and monitor performance.
- Coordinate pharmacy billing, revenue reconciliation, and inventory consumption.
- Prepare daily and monthly pharmacy reports, including sales, consumption, stock value, and inventory variance.
- Maintain medicine safety, proper storage conditions, and patient confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council.
- 4–5 years of relevant hospital pharmacy experience.
- Hands-on experience in IP, OP, OT, and Implant Pharmacy operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, pharmacy billing, and stock reconciliation.
- Valuable understanding of pharmaceutical products, surgical consumables, and implants.
- Experience in team management and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and hospital pharmacy/HMS software.
- Ability to handle emergency requirements and work under pressure.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in a multispecialty hospital and exposure to high-value medicines, implants, inventory control, audits, and pharmacy team management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
