- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of facility equipment.
- Attend electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other MEP-related maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormalities.
- Perform routine inspections and record equipment parameters.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of services.
- Support PPM activities as per the maintenance schedule.
- Maintain daily checklists, logbooks and maintenance records.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, LOTO and EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with the engineering team and other service providers.

- Basic knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing systems.
- Positive troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
