*Job Title: Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor*

*Salary:* Rs 25,000 - Rs 40,000 + Attractive Incentives (Based on interview)

*Experience:* 6 months - 4 years (EdTech / Education preferred)

*Working Days:* 6 Days

Mentor is a leading foreign language institute in Gurugram offering German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, English & IELTS.

*Job Responsibilities:*

1. Handle inbound & outbound enquiries for language courses (Calls, WhatsApp, Walk-ins)

2. Counsel students/parents, explain course details, batch timings, fees & career scope

3. Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions - Achieve monthly admission targets

4. Schedule and coordinate demo classes with trainers

5. Maintain CRM / lead sheet,



daily follow-up report

6. Support during admission process, documentation & fee collection

7. Build strong rapport with students for referrals & retention

*Requirements:*

- Excellent communication skills - English & Hindi (Must)

- Convincing & counselling skills with target-driven mindset

- Basic computer - MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM handling

- Prior experience in Education / EdTech / Coaching sales is a plus
