Biology PhD Question Validation Specialist

Project-Based | Remote | Part-Time / Freelance| ₹300 per Hour

We are looking for Biology PhD scholars and PhD holders to join a large-scale Biology Question Validation Project. Selected candidates will review and validate advanced Biology questions to ensure they meet strict standards of scientific accuracy, clarity, difficulty, and answer quality.

Project Details

- Project: Biology PhD Question Validation Project
- Work Mode: Remote
- Compensation: ₹300 per hour
- Eligibility: PhD in Biology — completed or currently pursuing
- H-index: Not required
- Minimum Availability: 4 hours per day
- Preferred: Full-time availability throughout the project duration
- Workload: Approximately 50–100 questions per day
- Working Hours: Flexible, with the possibility of working beyond standard business hours

Key Responsibilities

As a Question Validation Specialist, you will review approximately 50,000 PhD-level Biology questions and assess each question against the provided validation guidelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Evaluating scientific accuracy based on current Biology knowledge
- Checking questions for clarity, precision, and ambiguity
- Assessing whether the difficulty level is appropriate for PhD candidates
- Validating the correctness and quality of answers
- Reviewing the plausibility and relevance of distractor options
- Determining whether questions are answerable using currently published Biology knowledge
- Following the project’s validation rubric and quality standards consistently
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working under strict deadlines

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:

- PhD in Biology or a closely relevant Biology discipline
- PhD may be completed or currently pursuing
- Strong understanding of advanced Biology concepts
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail




- Ability to evaluate scientific content objectively
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and validation rubrics
- Ability to consistently meet daily productivity and quality requirements
- Availability for at least 4 hours per day

Please Note:

- Postgraduate/Master’s candidates are not eligible.
- An H-index is not required.
- Candidates should be comfortable reviewing a high volume of academic/scientific questions.

Expected Daily Contribution

Selected candidates are expected to review approximately 50–100 questions per day, depending on complexity and individual availability.

Candidates who can commit additional hours will be preferred, particularly during critical project deadlines.

Candidate Selection & Onboarding Process

The onboarding process will be as follows:

1. Profile Submission
Eligible candidate profiles will be submitted to the client for review.

2. Client Approval
Candidates shortlisted by the client will be invited to proceed to the assessment stage.

3. Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will complete a validation assessment, expected to take approximately 30–60 minutes.

4. Project Induction
Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will proceed to project induction and receive the required project guidelines and instructions.

Any changes related to the assessment, assessment duration, project timelines, or additional client requirements will be communicated to candidates promptly.
