Job Overview

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced US Accounting Specialist to manage accounting and bookkeeping activities for multiple US-based clients across different industries and business niches. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with QBO, Bill.com, Zoho, and Xero, along with professional English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for multiple US clients.
- Handle AP, AR, invoicing, expense management, and bank/credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare routine financial reports.
- Work extensively on QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, Zoho, and Xero.
- Manage accounting requirements across different industries, business models, and niches.
- Handle multiple client accounts while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Review financial data, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with month-end/year-end closing and other accounting assignments.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of US taxation is required; tax preparation experience will be an added advantage.
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial and business information.





Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of relevant US Accounting / Bookkeeping experience is mandatory.
- Experience with a KPO, accounting outsourcing firm, or CPA firm is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with QBO, Bill.com, Zoho, and Xero – Mandatory.
- Experience handling multiple US clients across different industries/niches.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
- Professional English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
- Comfortable working in US night shift hours.

Preferred

- CPA or EA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- US tax preparation experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices is preferred.

- Reliable internet connection is required.
- Comfortable working independently during US night shift hours.
