- Job Summary: Strategic operational leader responsible for unifying engineering oversight, strategic sourcing, supplier networks, and end-to-end supply chain execution to maximize margin performance and operational throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for technical procurement, material logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations across all projects.
- Review complex architectural and structural engineering designs, bill of materials (BOM), and value-engineer materials to optimize project yields and margins.
- Establish strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate long-term framework contracts with major glass manufacturers, extrusion mills, and hardware suppliers.
- Oversee material forecasting, warehouse inventory strategies, logistics channels, and site delivery schedules to ensure continuous execution without overstocking.
- Lead and mentor the technical, purchase, and logistics teams,



setting KPIs and driving process improvements across engineering and supply chains.
- Collaborate closely with project management, commercial, and finance teams to track overall project cost-to-complete metrics and material variances.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical/Civil Engineering; Master's degree or MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, technical sourcing, and structural/engineering procurement within construction or façade sectors.
- Leadership & Strategic Skills: Contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, advanced risk management, team leadership, deep technical product knowledge.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
