Role Overview

We are looking for Quality Associate who will be responsible for monitoring and improving the overall quality of online tutoring sessions. In this role, he/she will review session recordings, identify delivery issues, provide actionable feedback to tutors, and address their day-to-day queries to ensure students receive an engaging and effective learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit Tutoring Sessions: Review live and recorded sessions to check explanation clarity, step-by-step teaching, camera usage, and student engagement.
- Identify Gaps: Pinpoint sessions with poor student ratings, long periods of silence, technical disconnects, or unusually short durations.
- Provide Actionable Feedback: Reach out to tutors needing improvement, explain specific mistakes, and provide practical solutions to help them improve their teaching.
- Handle Tutor Queries: Act as a reliable point of contact for tutors to clarify audit findings, address quality questions, and explain platform standards.
- Track Daily Activity:



Maintain clean records in monitoring sheets to track completed audits, flagged issues, and follow-ups across assigned regions.
- Support Regular Reporting: Help compile regular quality summaries across active project locations to keep the team aligned on general performance trends.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in quality auditing, tutoring, academic operations, or customer support. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Communication: Explicit, polite, and constructive spoken and written communication to coach tutors effectively without friction.
- Basic Tools: Familiarity with Google Sheets for logging notes and updating checklists.
- Core Skills: Attentive listening, fair judgment, and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
