Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

* Counsel students and parents about Ananta IAS Academy courses and programs.

* Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.

* Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

* Handle inbound enquiries professionally.

* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.

* Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.

* Build positive relationships with students and parents.

* Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and educational events when required.

Requirements

* Minimum *1 year of experience in Telecalling,



Academic Counselling, Sales, or Education sector* is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good Malayalam and English communication skills.

* Strong convincing and counselling ability.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets/CRM.

* Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
