Job Description for Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by recruiting and developing a network of agents. You will work closely with agents to provide support and guidance while ensuring they meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and encourage their professional growth




- Provide ongoing training and support to agents to improve performance and productivity
- Monitor agents' performance and implement strategies to enhance their effectiveness
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards
- Prepare and present reports on agency performance and development activities to senior management

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with agents and clients
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve their targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and agent performance
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous
