We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP Trainer to conduct practical and job-oriented SAP training for students and working professionals. The trainer should have strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules and be able to explain concepts through practical examples and real-time business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on SAP modules.
- Train students on SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, BASIS, S/4HANA or relevant specialization.
- Explain SAP concepts, business processes, and workflows in a simple and effective manner.
- Provide hands-on practical exercises and real-time business scenarios.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Clear students' doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct tests, practical assessments, and project-based learning.
- Assist students with project work, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Maintain proper batch records and coordinate with the academic team.




- Keep course content updated according to current SAP technologies and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules.
- Good understanding of SAP business processes.
- Practical/industry experience in SAP implementation, support, or consulting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex SAP concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Valuable problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
- Prior SAP training/teaching experience is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience and strong SAP knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 3.0 per week
