Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of tailored software applications. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with data modeling, user interface design, and workflow automation in the context of Power Apps.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance and user experience.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.

- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
