Trainer responsibilities:
Educates and prepares candidates to work as skilled nursing aides and healthcare support workers.
Conduct classroom theory and hands-on practical sessions on bedside care, hygiene, vital signs, infection control, and emergency response.
Create daily session plans, lesson logs, and teaching aids aligned with sector skill council guidelines (like HSSC or NSDC).
Conduct regular quizzes, practical evaluations, and mock exams to track learning progress and ensure certification readiness.
Maintain the simulation lab, ensuring medical mannequins, equipment, and training supplies are clean and fully functional.
Track daily candidate attendance, academic performance logs, and batch documentation.
Guide trainees on workplace ethics, professionalism, and interview preparation to help them secure jobs in hospitals or clinics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
