We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across major platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware and capable of turning brand ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create and coordinate Reels, posts, carousels, stories and short-form videos.
- Write engaging captions, copy and social media content.
- Identify trending topics, formats, sounds and content opportunities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers and other creative partners.
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Build and grow the brand's social media community.
- Track social media performance, reach, engagement, followers and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Support influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends and platform features.




- Experiment with AI tools for content creation, ideation and social media automation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Solid creative and visual sense.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video-editing tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to identify trends quickly and convert them into content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with influencer/creator collaborations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI content and automation tools is a plus.
