Core Responsibilities

- Floor Operations: Monitor dining room service, ensuring food and drinks are served correctly and on time.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, explain menu items, and help resolve complaints.
- Staff Support: Help organize staff duty rosters and guide junior stewards or waiters.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic inventory tracking, cost control, and shift briefings.
- Learning & Compliance: Train on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or degree in hotel management or hospitality.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in food and beverage service (as a steward or waiter).
- Skills: Robust communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic computer literacy.
- Attributes: Willingness to work flexible hours, ability to stand for long periods, and eagerness to lead

Pay: ₹12,526.36 - ₹18,000.00 per month
