The position will provide legal assistance to highway project offices, particularly in contractual, arbitration, legislative and land acquisition matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to project offices.
- Assist in contract-related matters.
- Support arbitration proceedings and documentation.
- Assist with legislative and regulatory matters.
- Support land acquisition-related legal activities.
- Coordinate with legal consultants and empaneled law firms.
- Maintain legal records and project documentation.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law from a National Law School.
- Experience in an NHAI-empaneled law firm is preferred.
- Relevant experience in contractual matters, arbitration, legislative matters and land acquisition.
Monthly Remuneration
The consolidated remuneration will be increased @ 5% for each succeeding year subject to satisfactory performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
