We are team of young and energetic Architects and professionals, intend to develop designs which will have commitment towards the nature and the society.

Role Description

This is a full time Senior Drafts man/woman at Archespaco Architects located in Trivandrum. The Senior Drafts man will participate in Managing, the Draftman team, developing architectural drawings. Will be responsible for collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that design and construction are completed in accordance with plans and specifications. The Senior Draftsman will be responsible for managing the project drawings, detailing construction plans,



and reviewing contract documents while working alongside a team of Architects and Designers.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and other design software
- Experience in building detailing, specifications, and construction administration
- Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to take project independently and work in as team when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
