Sanskriti Events & Entertainment is a full-service event management company specializing in Luxury Weddings, Destination Weddings, Décor & Design, Corporate Events, Hospitality, Entertainment, and Event Execution.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Event Sales Executive / Event Decor Sales Executive to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads for weddings and events.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, event budgets, and décor expectations.
- Present suitable event décor concepts, packages, and quotations to clients.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the décor, design, planning, and execution teams.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining company standards.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep track of leads and conversions.




- Develop new business opportunities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–5 years in event sales, wedding sales, décor sales, hospitality sales, or a related field.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Sales-driven approach with a focus on lead conversion.
- Knowledge or interest in wedding décor and event management will be an advantage.
- Candidates with existing industry/client/vendor networks will be preferred.

Salary

₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA

Salary is open for the right candidate and will be based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
