We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage contract labour operations, statutory compliance, attendance, wage administration, and contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day contract labour operations and workforce deployment.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage attendance, shifts, overtime, and contractor wage administration.
- Verify contractor bills and process invoices.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee relations.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate employee joining, exit formalities, and workforce administration.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of Contract Labour Management.
- Valuable understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Contractor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of attendance and wage administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Hindi communication skills preferred.
