BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE - GUWAHATI

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential students, parents, institutions, and business partners.
- Conduct field visits(DOOR TO DOOR ), promotional activities, and client meetings to generate leads.
- B2B & B2C - Explain courses, programs, and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions/business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organizations.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and lead reports.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outdoor/field work and local travel.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Bengali and English communication preferred.
- Freshers with a solid interest in sales are welcome.

Salary - upto 3.6 LPA based on experience .

GUWAHATI LOCATION - ULUBARI

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
