Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation & AI Outreach Specialist who is comfortable using traditional prospecting methods along with AI-powered tools to generate high-quality B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies.
- Identify and research potential B2B clients.
- Build targeted prospect lists using online platforms.
- Perform email marketing and cold email outreach.
- Conduct professional WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
- Use LinkedIn for prospect research and business outreach.
- Personalize emails and messages based on prospect information.
- Use AI tools to improve prospect research, personalization and outreach.
- Maintain lead databases and CRM records.
- Track emails, responses, follow-ups and conversions.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead handover.
- Analyze outreach performance and improve campaigns.
- Meet daily and monthly lead-generation targets.




- Explore recent AI tools and technologies for improving lead-generation efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of relevant lead-generation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Email Outreach, Cold Email & WhatsApp Outreach.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting.
- Knowledge of B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with Apollo or similar lead-generation platforms.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication.
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects.

- Experience with email automation.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in digital marketing/web services lead generation.
- Experience with AI-assisted sales and outreach.
- Previous experience generating qualified leads for international clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
