Urja Wood Stove is looking for motivated and hardworking Work From Home Sales Executives to promote and sell our wood stove products through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels.

This is a performance-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary. Earnings are directly linked to successful product sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain Urja Wood Stove features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain customer details and sales updates in the CRM.
- Confirm customer address, pincode, mobile number, and order details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide basic customer support before and after order confirmation.

Payment / Incentive Structure

₹100 per successful COD product sale
₹150 per successful Advance Payment product sale

Incentive is applicable only on valid and confirmed sales as per company rules.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone applications.
- Ability to speak confidently with customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales and follow-up.
- Smartphone and stable internet connection required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
