Hiring – Assistant Manager– Tendering & E-Commerce

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced qualified to manage Government Tendering, GeM Portal operations, E-commerce marketplaces, and Business Development activities. The candidate should have strong expertise in tender documentation, bid management, online marketplace operations, vendor management, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complete Government Tendering process (GeM, CPPP, State Portals, PSU Tenders).

· Prepare and submit Technical & Commercial bids.

· Ensure tender documentation compliance and bid accuracy.

· Handle GeM Portal operations including product listing, catalogue management, pricing, and order processing.

· Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other B2B/B2C platforms.

· Coordinate with internal departments for tender execution and order fulfillment.

· Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, OEMs, distributors, and vendors.

· Manage vendor registration and procurement documentation.

· Prepare costing, quotations,



proposals, and commercial offers.

· Track tender opportunities and ensure timely submissions.

· Generate sales through government and institutional business.

· Prepare MIS reports for management and monitor sales performance.

· Support business expansion through dealer and distributor networks.
