Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer – Motion Graphics & UI Design with strong expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and digital interface design.

The ideal candidate must be strong in Adobe After Effects and capable of creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, social media content, digital campaigns, and visually engaging UI designs.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and marketing campaigns.
- Create social media creatives, advertisements, banners, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign assets.

2. Motion Graphics & Animation

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and digital advertisements.
- Develop engaging animated content for social media, websites, campaigns, and presentations.
- Create animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Work with typography, transitions, effects, compositing, and visual storytelling.
- Convert static designs into engaging animated content.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion projects.
- Edit and optimize motion content for different social media platforms.

3. UI Design

- Design visually appealing websites, mobile applications, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
- Create visual layouts, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive visual designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layout, colors, icons, and visual elements.




- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

4. Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, performance marketing, content, and development teams.
- Translate creative briefs and business requirements into effective visual solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and digital design trends.

Required Software Skills

Mandatory:

- Adobe After Effects – Robust proficiency required
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma

Preferred:

- Adobe Premiere Pro

Not Required:

- Adobe XD
- Cinema 4D
- UX Design

Required Skills

- Strong motion graphics and animation skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Strong graphic design fundamentals
- Strong visual design skills
- Good knowledge of typography, composition, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create original and engaging creative concepts
- Experience designing digital interfaces and landing pages
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Strong professional experience with Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in UI design is required.
- Strong portfolio and motion graphics showreel are required.
- Experience working with marketing and digital teams is an advantage.
