Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager with experience in the Electrical Contracting / MEP industry to generate current project opportunities, develop client relationships, handle tenders, and secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and business opportunities for electrical/MEP projects.
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, consultants, PMCs, contractors and corporate clients.
- Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
- Obtain enquiries, BOQs, drawings and tender documents.
- Coordinate with estimation and project teams for quotations and tenders.
- Follow up on quotations, tenders and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate with clients and follow up for LOI/LOA/Work Orders.
- Maintain business development pipeline and regular follow-up reports.
- Develop existing client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Tendering in Electrical or MEP Contracting.




- Good understanding of electrical contracting, BOQs, tenders and drawings.
- Existing network with consultants, developers, PMCs or contractors will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/BE/B.Tech) preferred.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in Mumbai-based Electrical/MEP contracting companies and an established client/consultant network will be preferred.

Key Objective:
To generate a strong project pipeline and convert business opportunities into profitable electrical contracting projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
