Responsible for visiting retailers and other customers in an assigned area, taking orders, promoting the products, maintaining relationships with retailers, and ensuring timely sales and collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned retail shops, dealers, and customers on a daily basis.
- Take orders for products.
- Introduce and promote new products, schemes, offers, and discounts to retailers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with retailers and customers.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Check stock levels and identify products that need replenishment.
- Follow up on pending orders and coordinate with the distributor's delivery team.
- Collect outstanding payments from customers as per company policy.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activity.
- Report daily sales, orders,



collections, and market feedback to the sales manager/distributor.
- Resolve basic customer complaints and coordinate with the office when required.
- Ensure that company/distributor products are properly represented in the assigned market.

Skills Required

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and distribution.
- Ability to build relationships with retailers.
- Knowledge of the local market in Ujjain and nearby areas.
- Basic calculation and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to travel and make regular market visits.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
