About the Role

We are looking for proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) Interns to join our team in Jaipur. This internship is ideal for freshers who have strong communication skills and are interested in sales, business development, client handling, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, references, and online research.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into paying customers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to discussion, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations team for execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using Excel, email, CRM, and other tools.

- Candidates with an interest or exposure in Sales, Business Development, IT, Education, Content, Digital Services, or other service-based industries.
- Exposure to international clients will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have worked in a startup or target-driven environment will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant sales and communication skills may also be considered irrespective of their educational background.

Stipend & Benefits

- Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month, based on skills and performance.
- Incentives/Variable: Extra and performance-based.
- Incentives are uncapped and linked to performance.
- PPO opportunity based on internship performance.
