Fashion StylistJob Summary

We are looking for a Fashion Stylist with a strong sense of style and excellent customer service skills to create personalized shopping experiences for customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, designer apparel, or lifestyle brands and be confident in styling customers, recommending products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences, lifestyle, and styling needs.
- Recommend suitable outfits, accessories, colors, and silhouettes.
- Provide fashion styling advice based on current trends and customer requirements.
- Explain product features, materials, craftsmanship, and design details.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Provide personalized product and styling recommendations to existing customers.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects the brand's image.
- Assist with stock management, product organization, and replenishment.
- Support new collection launches, exhibitions, trunk shows, and VIP customer events.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, luxury retail practices,



and competitor brands.
- Handle customer queries, alterations coordination, and after-sales service professionally.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, designer fashion, premium apparel, or lifestyle brands.
- Solid knowledge of fashion styling, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve or exceed targets.
- Passion for fashion, handcrafted products, artisan craftsmanship, and luxury customer service.
- Confident, professional, and well-groomed personality.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s).
