Position Summary:

Gokulam Grand Trivandrum, a premier five-star business hotel, is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction, and a luxury experience aligned with the brand’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service guest rooms promptly and thoroughly according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities, towels, and other room supplies as per the set procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are used safely and stored properly.
- Respect guests’ privacy and preferences; adhere to “Do Not Disturb” policies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper chemical handling.
- Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantry and trolleys.




- Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.

Requirements:

- Minimum Degree / Diploma in hotel Managemnt preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel is an added advantage.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for long periods.
- Basic understanding of housekeeping practices and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality, grooming standards, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
