We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines, maintaining pharmacy records, ensuring proper storage of medications, and supporting safe and effective medication management.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Verify prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and other relevant information.
- Maintain proper records of medicines, including stock, expiry, and controlled drugs.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of essential medicines.
- Check medicines regularly for expiry, damage, and proper storage conditions.
- Maintain proper documentation as per hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and safety standards.
- Handle inpatient and outpatient pharmacy requirements as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization,



and discipline within the pharmacy.
- Participate in stock audits and reconciliation of pharmacy inventory.
- Support medication safety and help prevent dispensing errors.
- Perform other pharmacy-related duties assigned by the Pharmacy/Hospital Management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacy Registration with the relevant State Pharmacy Council.
- 3–7 years of relevant hospital pharmacy experience is required.
- Good knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, storage requirements, and hospital pharmacy procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in shifts and under pressure.

Salary: As per experience and hospital norms.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
